  • Parking Plans for Santa Paula High School

To address the limited parking situation surrounding Santa Paula High School during football season, the Santa Paula Unified School District will open the Jim Colborn Baseball Field, located between 6th Street and Santa Paula Street, to allow for additional parking. There will be lighting and signs to direct the public on where to park. Members of the public attending SPHS home football games on Friday, September 4; Friday, September 11; and Friday, September 18 will be able to enter the baseball field parking at the 5th Street entrance. Parking will still be available in front of the Science & Technology Center, on campus on 5th Street, and along Virginia Terrace. The Santa Paula Police Department will erect barriers to block the general public from entry and parking along Palm Court on the dates previously listed. Residents of Palm Court will be able to have full access to the street. In addition, those with physical disabilities who display a disabled/handicapped parking placard or license plate will be allowed to enter Palm Court to be dropped off at the main entrance to the football stadium. Members of the public seeking parking for the Youth Football games held on Saturday, September 5 and Saturday, September 12 will also be able to park in Jim Colborn Baseball Field. The games will start not earlier than 11 a.m. There will be no home youth football games held on Saturday, September 19, 2015. For questions, please contact the Santa Paula Unified School District at (805) 933-8800.
